Can I take bookings in different currencies?

The Rainvol booking system supports processing payments in more than 130 currencies, allowing you to charge customers in their native currency while receiving funds in yours.

Does your system support refunds?

In case of a wrong decision or cancellation of a booking Rainvol system supports partial and full refunds either automatically or manually by the operator. In any case, refunds exclude Rainvol’s fees.

Which payment methods do you support?

Regarding online bookings, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Carte Bancaire), as well alternative mobile payment systems (Google Pay & Apple Pay). On the other hand, in terms of in-store bookings Rainvol system supports custom payment methods (e.g. bank/wire transfer, cash, cheque, Paypal, Revolut, etc.)

Does your system integrate with a payment gateway?

Rainvol system integrates with Stripe payment gateway. Stripe encrypts payment information to ensure that credit cards and other payment instruments are protected and that the transaction between you and the customer is secure and successful.

Do you offer support for opening an account at Stripe?

Rainvol’s dedicated customer support can assist you setup your Stripe account without interfering with it, respecting your privacy.
