How much does it cost to start using Rainvol?
You can start using the Rainvol system with no monthly or annual subscription fees by choosing our free plan. If your needs increase, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Do you charge booking fees?
Rainvol charges a small fee for each booking. The fees vary according to your chosen billing plan.
Is there a setup fee upon my registration?
There is no fee to set up your account. It is extremely easy to register to Rainvol and go live with your business.
Are there any additional charges?
In addition to the booking fee we charge a 1% transaction fee for EU payments and 2% for payments outside EU. Our billing plans have no hidden charges.
Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your billing plan at any time. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to prepare you a custom plan to suit your needs.
Do I have a limit on the number of bookings I can accept?
Regardless of your billing plan you can accept unlimited online and offline bookings.
How long am I stuck in a contract?
By choosing Rainvol you are not stuck in complex contracts in any way. Our plans are fully flexible with annual and monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time.
I have a rental shop, but I also provide tours. Can I combine two different plans?
Yes, you can combine multiple pricing plans into one. Contact us and we will create a dedicated plan for your needs.
